Speakers: Reb Haizlip of Haizlip Studio

Topic: The University of Memphis Landbridge at Southern Avenue.

Plans for the much needed $33 million University of Memphis Land Bridge is underway.  This project will safely connect two sides of the U of M that is currently spit by Southern Avenue and the adjacent railroad tracks.  Haizlip Studio will undertake this project that is anticipated to be finished in 2019.  Reb will review the project's design in the context of urban and campus planning as well as the structural implications of this iconic design.

Our chapter meetings are on the second Thursday of each month.  This meeting is January 8th. It will run from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM in the Medallion Room at the Holiday Inn on the University of Memphis Campus, located at 3700 Central Avenue Memphis, TN, 38111.
