2026 marks the 50th anniversary of Jerry Durham’s membership in the CSI Memphis Chapter!
Jerry retired several years ago following a distinguished career as a specification writer and architect at HBG. CSI confers Emeritus status on members who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and made significant, long-term contributions to the organization. This honor recognizes Jerry’s lasting legacy of service and commitment to CSI’s mission and goals. Congratulations!!

CSI Memphis BUILD/IT 2026 Recap
BUILD/IT is our largest fundraiser of the year, helping support both our Chapter and the Dempsie B. Morrison Scholarship Fund. This year’s event featured engaging demonstrations from BPI & Laticrete and Shaw Contract. We hope all attendees left with valuable new insights, meaningful connections, and plenty of fun memories!
