Operating across Memphis Tri-State area, Nashville, Alabama, and North Carolina, our team partners closely with architects, specifiers, vendors, and contractors to bring complex architectural designs to life.
What We’ll Explore During the Tour:
Engineering & Automated Nesting: How we utilize Microvellum software for precise AutoCAD engineering and CNC router production for custom architectural fixtures.
Substrate & Surface Fabrication: Our in-house manual layup of plastic laminate panels, as well as fabrication processes for both plastic laminate and solid surface countertops.
Custom Fixtures & Millwork: Active production of specialized architectural elements, including reception desks, banquette seating, and custom display features.
Cabinet Line Production: You will see projects moving from raw materials to finished product during this phase of the tour.
High-End Finishing: Operations inside our commercial-grade finishing booth for custom stains, paints, and specialized protective coatings.
